Our Facility
Our 45,000 square foot facility is located in Jordan Minnesota. We finish metal parts with Nordson electrostatic powder coating systems for powders such as:
- Epoxies
- Urethanes
- TGIC Polyesters
- Hybrids
- Textures
- Wrinkle Finishes
We also use electrostatic to apply bake enamels, epoxies, and polyurethane enamels. Additional services are available such as water base coatings, texturing, masking, filling, and sanding of metal parts.
We have a conveyorized painting system with iron phosphatizing for long and short runs, and five batch booths that help us do both large and small parts very effectively.
